1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and db222 ("db222", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the db222 website, mobile interface, and all related services including casino games, sports betting, and financial transaction features.

By registering an account on db222, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 3 Account Registration & KYC

To use the db222 platform, you must create a single registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one db222 account at any given time. The existence of duplicate or linked accounts attributable to the same individual is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, db222 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: db222 operates a mandatory KYC programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. Before any withdrawal request is processed, and in certain other circumstances at db222's discretion, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)

db222 aims to complete KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. db222 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on db222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). db222 does not currently support multi-currency accounts; all balances are maintained and displayed in Taka.

Supported Payment Methods: db222 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank Bangladesh, and Sonali Bank. Availability of specific channels may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your db222 account balance following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit in the platform's cashier section. db222 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real-money balance after deducting any uncleared bonus funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• db222 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within any 30-day period.

Processing Times: db222 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual crediting times depend on the receiving payment provider and may vary. db222 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Any deposit that cannot be attributed to a verified account holder may be reversed. Funds deposited in error are not db222's responsibility; players should contact their payment provider in the first instance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on db222 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own published Return to Player (RTP) rate and rules. db222 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes; all results are determined by the respective provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning procedures under studio supervision.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on db222. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings generated through exploitation of a platform error are not valid and will be voided
• Using db222 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity

12 Suspension & Termination

• Continuation of the account poses a risk of harm to the player, to other players, or to the integrity of the platform

Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, db222 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct, db222 may forfeit those funds in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method following standard KYC checks.

13 Changes to These Terms
